Client Service Associate

Edelman Financial Engines is seeking a Client Service Associate to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial services and excellent client service and communication skills. The role involves coordinating client meetings, supervising client account activity, and preparing and reviewing account paperwork. The company offers a market-based approach to pay, with a base salary range of $50,000 - $65,000, and may be eligible for other forms of compensation and benefits.

Requirements

• Two years of relevant experience (Registered Investment Advisor or Broker/Dealer) is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Good understanding of finance and investment markets/securities
• Critical thinking, attention to detail, and multi-tasking skills required
• Able to adapt to changes in the work environment, handle challenging demands and work with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events
• Position requires a high level of confidentiality
