Director, Financial Planning

Edelman Financial Engines is seeking a Director, Financial Planning to provide objective, fee-based advice and asset management to help clients build a better financial future. As a fiduciary, the company does not seek or accept financial incentives, commissions, or third-party compensation for any investments or recommendations. The Director will serve the client's best interests, provide outstanding financial advice, and develop and present compelling recommendations to clients. The role requires a senior financial advisor with a consistent track record of serving clients and experience in a fee-based wealth management or planning role.

Requirements

• Direct client-facing experience in a fee-based wealth management or planning role
• Results driven approach with a consistent track record to form relationships
• Desire for role with base salary, performance-based compensation and growing earnings potential
• Active Series 65
• Active Health and Life Insurance license
• Clean U-4
• Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or other certification desired
