Data Analyst / Scientist

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst / Scientist to join our team and drive advanced analytics and machine learning initiatives that deliver business value across the organization.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar position
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related quantitative fields
• Experienced mid-senior level professional with expertise in Power BI (advanced DAX and data modeling) and Databricks (Python, PySpark)
• Strong skills in Python, Excel, and working knowledge of SQL
• Demonstrated ability to apply machine learning techniques in business contexts such as customer segmentation, churn prediction, and text analysis
• Business-oriented with excellent communication skills; able to partner effectively with non-technical stakeholders
