Senior Risk Analyst

The Senior Risk Analyst will act as an expert of the Risk team, implementing Risk specific processes and framework, and providing effective reporting of Risk and Opportunity information. They will manage the delivery of specific contracts and direct workload, providing guidance to Risk Analysts and Trainee Risk Analysts. The Senior Risk Analyst will bring confidence to stakeholders that they are performing the right steps to identify, analyse, respond to and manage their Risk Outputs.

Requirements

• Able to deliver accurate and concise Risk insights to drive evidence-based decision making
• Understanding and/or practical experience of wider project controls disciplines
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to facilitate risk conversations with colleagues at all levels
• Effectively communicates complex issues and concepts in simple ways
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues within and across organisational boundaries
• Ability to assure the quality of others' work
• Ability to expertly use and guide others in the use of Risk management software
