Temporary Works Coordinator position is available for a 10-day fortnight rotation, with 40 hrs base salary and overtime included. The job involves assisting in the preparation and setting out of temporary works on construction sites and projects, offering technical advice to subcontractors, craftspeople, and operatives.
Requirements
- Experience working on construction projects, regulated site experience preferred
- Strong understanding of BS 5975: 2019
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Lead TWC in an engineering construction environment
- Certification from the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) as a Temporary Works Coordinator
- Familiarity with CDM Regulations 2015
- Proven experience working on complex Temporary Works Projects
- Ability to obtain minimum SC clearance
- UK Driving License and Ability to Work in the UK
