Hands-on technical lead for the L2 infrastructure team, serving as the senior point of escalation for all infrastructure issues across managed hotel and resort clients. This role owns the day-to-day technical direction of the L2 team while carrying a full workload of complex systems work including server recovery, Active Directory, virtualization, networking, and Microsoft 365.
Requirements
- Handle L2 escalations from IT Services.
- Work projects for MSP and channel partner customers.
- Install, configure and administrate Windows Active Directory.
- Install software, apply patches, manage file systems, monitor performance and troubleshoot alerts from commercial, open source and locally developed monitoring tools.
- System failure analysis and recovery; insuring the consistency and integrity of file systems.
- Hardware/software configuration; and management.
