Job Description
Edge Construction is seeking a Site Superintendent (Residential Multifamily) to join their multifamily construction team. The role involves managing and supervising construction site activities, maintaining a safe and efficient job site, and contributing to a culture of professional project delivery.
Requirements
- Progressive experience in general contracting as a superintendent in multifamily or commercial construction
- Trade background in carpentry and/or Gold Seal Certification
- High energy with a positive attitude
- Well-developed and adaptable communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrates solid judgement regarding sensitive information
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Familiarity with MS Project and SiteMax is an asset
