Senior Mid-Office Analyst

We are seeking a Mid-Office Analyst to own the firm’s trade reconciliation processes and manage day-to-day interactions with clearing brokers. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of trade, position, and cash data across internal systems and external accounts.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a middle office, trade operations, or reconciliation role at a trading firm, bank, broker-dealer, or similar institution
• BA/BS/MS degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Math, or a related field
• Strong understanding of trade lifecycle, clearing, and settlement processes, ideally in options
• Experience working with clearing firms and exchanges
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and ability to investigate discrepancies independently
• Working knowledge of SQL, Python, or similar tools
