Compounder I

Compounder I responsible for dispensing chemicals and compounding bulk product, ensuring a safe workplace while producing a quality product.

Requirements

• Basic weighing or measuring of materials
• Understanding of continuous improvement process
• Ability to train and cross train less experienced compounders and cleaning technicians
• Operation of simple equipment
• Collection of product samples and preparation for laboratory analysis and testing
• Cleaning of compounding equipment and maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Management of waste water and proper disposal
• Ability to read and determine batch requirements
• Follow all EPC Safety/Environmental, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and Lean 5S policies and regulation guidelines
• Ability to work weekends and overtime
