Job Description
The Maintenance Director at Edgewood will oversee the regular maintenance of the building, grounds, and equipment, prioritize duties, and supervise and train other maintenance staff.
Requirements
- Oversee regular maintenance of building, grounds, and equipment
- Prioritize duties according to safety and community needs
- Work independently and provide supervision and training to other maintenance staff
- Operate within department budget and provide suggestions for improving processes
- Follow HIPAA and all other Edgewood policies
