Job Description
At EDIBON, we are looking for a CNC Machinist to program/operate a FANUC CNC lathe with extensive experience in turning parts. The role involves machine-side programming, quality control, and process optimization.
Requirements
- Machine-side programming with Fanuc control
- Preparation and adjustment of tools
- Interpretation of technical plans
- Quality control of machined parts
- Basic maintenance of the machine
- Process optimization of machining
- Interpretation of plans
- Programming of the lathe using CAD/CAM program
- Programming of the lathe using the language and screen of the FANUC lathe
- Preparation of the material and machining of the parts on the lathe
- Handling of all types of cutting tools
- Recommended handling of manual milling machine
