Retail Strategist to deliver world-class customer success, drive measurable impact, and advocate for clients. Deliver projects that enable customers to achieve business objectives on the EDITED platform. Be a product advocate and support users to become proficient in using the EDITED app. Passionate about customers and excited about helping them get the most value out of our product.
Requirements
- Own a multi-million dollar portfolio of retail clients
- Create and deliver strategic workshops and trainings
- Act as a thought partner to retail clients
- Partner and collaborate with Account Manager
- Ability to effectively communicate across all levels of retail ecosystem
