Requirements
- Microsoft Office suite experience
- Reliable laptop or desktop, and stable internet service
- High school diploma minimum; some college preferred
- Experience and skill working with Zoom similar online meeting platform
- Competency with some or all Microsoft Suite products: PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint
- Ability to effectively utilize Learning Management Systems (preferably Moodle experience) and learn LOC's Edovate LMS
- Experience using tech learning tools preferred such as Classkick, Nearpod, Kahoot!, Blooket, Gimkit, Quizziz, Padlet (preferred)
- Ability to multitask on either split screens or dual monitors
- Strong independent work habits & problem-solving skills
- Dedication to customer service & program support
- Relationship building and communication skills
- Conflict and problem resolution skills
