School Success Associate (Northeast-Based)

Edpuzzle is looking for a School Success Associate to join the Customer Success team in the US. The role involves developing training and support materials, coordinating and leading training sessions, and serving as an Edpuzzle representative at events.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of relevant experience as an Instructional Coach, Tech Coach, District Support or Administrator
• Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree in Education or a related field
• Proven experience creating and leading school professional development sessions at scale, as well as creating video tutorials and engaging content for teachers
• Available to travel up to 50% of the time primarily within NY, NJ, MA, RI, NH, ME, VT
• Experience delivering training for large school districts
• Proficiency using Edpuzzle or any other LMS
• Experience training colleagues in the use of edtech tools
• Experience working remotely
• Persistence and positivity in the face of adversity
• Outstanding presentation and communication skills
