Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Project Management, or a comparable role
- Technical background (ideally business informatics or computer science degree)
- Outstanding communication and consulting skills in German and English
- Excellent technical understanding and a willingness to quickly learn new tools
- Secure application of MS Office, especially Excel
- Good understanding of data structures
- XML and JSON knowledge
