Job Description
Maintain, troubleshoot, and update servers, O365 environments, Active Directory, and other IT systems. Assist in planning and implementing new applications and enhancements to existing ones.
Requirements
- Maintain servers, O365 environments, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP
- Assist in planning and implementing new applications and enhancements
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Maintain system backups and perform restorations
- Monitor system logs and performance
- Design and document solutions
- Communicate with end users and vendors
- Update system settings and policies
- Conduct research and perform cost-benefit analyses
- Create and maintain documentation
- Maintain ongoing communications with Management
