Senior Consultant

Education First is seeking an experienced leader to join their team as a Senior Consultant, responsible for managing projects, building client relationships, and developing high-quality deliverables.

Requirements

• Implementing high-quality instructional systems and aligned assessment practices
• Designing innovative strategic staffing systems
• Developing pathways to college and/or careers
• Proficiency with Artificial Intelligence (AI)
• Deep content knowledge, strong project management, and team leadership skills
• Experience managing complex projects and teams
• Ability to synthesize complex ideas and communicate effectively
• Proficiency with AI and experience integrating it into project workflows
• Strong interpersonal skills, high emotional intelligence, and strong communication skills
