Enrollment Specialist

The Enrollment Specialist will establish presence in the community for outreach and recruiting purposes, provide enrollment counseling, and process student enrollments, transfers, withdrawals, and waiting lists. They will also maintain student records, attendance, and scores on state mandated tests. Additionally, they will prepare reports and communicate with school personnel, parents, and students.

Requirements

• High School Diploma at minimum, Associates Degree preferred
• Experience in K-12 Education
• At least two years' experience working with Student Information Systems and EMIS state reporting databases
• Ability to oversee, manage, and submit state mandated reports
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Satisfactory completion of local, state, and federal criminal history check and TB test
• Demonstrated ability to exhibit strong interpersonal skills with students, parents and administrators
• Ability to meet established deadlines
