Paraprofessional

Paraprofessionals assist classroom teachers with instructional efforts, preparing lesson materials, tutoring students, supervising classrooms, and maintaining classroom order. They also contribute to documentation, assessment, and student development through observation and record-keeping. The role emphasizes collaboration with teachers and support to student learning.

Requirements

• High School Diploma with two years of college or Associates Degree
• Experience in K-12 Education
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Satisfactory completion of local, state, and federal criminal history check and TB test
• Demonstrated ability to exhibit strong interpersonal skills
