Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lab In Charge to oversee laboratory operations at our facility in Tellapur, Hyderabad. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth functioning of lab activities, maintaining safety standards, and supporting educational and research initiatives.

What You Will Do

Supervise daily laboratory operations, maintain and calibrate lab equipment, manage inventory, prepare lab setups for experiments, train students and junior staff, and document lab activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Science (B.Sc.) or equivalent; Master’s in Science (M.Sc.) preferred
• 2–5 years of experience in laboratory management or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of laboratory safety standards and regulatory compliance
• Proficiency in inventory management and record-keeping
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
