Job Description
The Family Nurse Practitioner provides comprehensive primary care to patients within an outpatient environment, coordinating care with a Board-Certified Physician, and acting as a member of the clinical team.
Requirements
- Delivers direct primary care and preventative services
- Develops therapeutic plans of care
- Provides health education and counseling
- Works closely with multidisciplinary teams
- Follows established practice standards
- Provides care related to prenatal/postnatal services
- Provides family planning counseling and services
