Job Description
The Edward M. Kennedy Community Health Center is seeking an Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide high-quality patient care according to the PCMH model. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with other staff members to care for patients with acute medical problems or acute exacerbations of chronic illnesses.
Requirements
- Completed Master's or Doctoral level Nursing Practice Degree and Family Nurse Practitioner certification.
- Active, Unrestricted Nurse Practitioner License in Massachusetts.
- OR Completed Master's level Physician Assistant Degree and Physician Assistant Certification
- Active, Unrestricted Physician Assistant License in Massachusetts
