Job Description
The Urgent Care Physician is a member of the clinical practice team and works collaboratively with other staff members to provide high quality patient care according to the PCMH model.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited medical school (M.D., or D.O.)
- Board Certification in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine or Med/Peds within 1 year of Residency completion
- Completion of a Family Medicine, Med/Peds, or Emergency Medicine Residency program
- Fluent in Urgent Care procedural skills including but not limited to stitching and suturing, joint injections, EKG interpretation, skin procedures, and reproductive health procedures
