Job Description
Assistant Community Manager will join training program to become a Property Manager at one of Edward Rose & Sons' communities. Training includes onsite housing, career advancement opportunities, and comprehensive benefits package.
Requirements
- Conducting oneself in a professional manner as a company representative
- Following Fair Housing guidelines
- Resolving issues with residents, customers, vendors and employees
- Caring for the needs of prospective and current residents
- Researching, analyzing and making recommendations on problems that arise
- Working with multiple projects simultaneously
- Learning all aspects of property management and development
- Maintain a professional appearance following team dress code policy
- Must be flexible with work schedule
- Have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
