Job Description
We are looking for strong swimmers who enjoy being outdoors and working in a fun environment. Lifeguards will be responsible for monitoring activities in the swimming area, enforcing pool rules, and performing lifesaving techniques. Certifications will be provided for those who are not already certified.
Requirements
- Lifeguard, First Aid, and CPR Certifications
- Ability to effectively and professionally communicate with residents and co-workers
- Ability to perform lifesaving techniques, both in and out of the water
- Energetic and responsible individual who enjoys working outdoors
- Must adhere to company team apparel policy
- Employees are required to be honest and trustworthy with a satisfactory background
Benefits
- Earn an extra $500 if you stay through the end of the season (full-time lifeguards)
