Job Description
We are looking for a Make Ready Maintenance Technician to join our on-site operations team to help support a positive experience for our residents. The role is responsible for ensuring that all vacant apartment homes are restored to market-ready status, completing full vacant turn process in a timely manner, and performing various maintenance tasks.
Requirements
- Previous experience in building maintenance
- HVAC Certification or experience
- Possess own tools
- Maintain a professional appearance
- Effective and professional communication
- Basic computer skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
