Job Description
Edwards Construction Group is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of complex construction projects. The role involves overseeing field operations, coordinating with architects and consultants, and mentoring field and project teams. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of field supervision and 10+ years of construction experience managing large and complex projects.
Requirements
- 8+ years of field supervision and 10+ years of construction experience managing large and complex projects (DSA/public works strongly preferred)
- Strong technical expertise in construction management, project management, estimating, and site supervision
- Proficiency in Procore (advanced user and trainer), BIM software, Trimble Connect, and other project management tools
