Job Description
The Assistant Meat Manager is an hourly position that supports the Meat Manager in all aspects of department operations, including product handling, merchandising, quality control, customer service, cleanliness, and employee development.
Requirements
- Prior experience in meat cutting or retail meat operations preferred
- Knowledge of meat products, cuts, and quality standards
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to lift, move, and carry products up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
