Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Previous experience as a Cake Decorator or equivalent experience in a bakery or foodservice environment
• Strong knowledge of cake decorating techniques and an eye for detail
• Ability to deliver friendly, courteous, and prompt customer service
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math tasks
• Ability to interpret and follow instructions and solve problems independently
• Knowledge of federal food safety and sanitation regulations
• Ability to work well with others as a team member in a fast-paced environment
• Creativity and the ability to design unique and custom cakes for customers
• A passion for serving customers and creating beautiful, high-quality products
