Manager, Finance

The Finance Manager/Lead for Korea is responsible for overseeing commercial accounting, statutory audits, and tax matters, ensuring full compliance with local regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 10 years of previous related experience
• Proven successful project management skills
• Proven expertise in MS Office Suite, including advanced Excel, database tools, financial systems, and ERP systems
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills
• Extensive knowledge of own area within the organization
• Extensive understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX)
• Extensive understanding of related aspects of financial processes and/or systems
