Medical Science Liaison Manager

Edwards Lifesciences is seeking a Medical Science Liaison Manager to drive high-impact scientific engagement at center and national level, with a focus on the UK Transcatheter Heart Valve (TAVI) business. The role will involve leading local medical and scientific staff, gathering insights and latent needs, and proposing tailored action plans. The ideal candidate will have an advanced scientific degree and 5 years of experience in cardiology fields, with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, and excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Requirements

• Advanced scientific degree (e.g. PharmD, junior MD, PhD, sonographer or similar)
• Previous 5 years experience within Cardiology fields, ideally as Medical Science Liaison or equivalent medical device and/or clinical work experience
• Working knowledge of clinical research methodologies and statistical principles
• Strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving capabilities
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to translate complex scientific information into digestible messages and actionable insights
• Maintaining strict attention to detail and excellent follow-up
• Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and with HCPs
