Senior Analyst, Data Analytics, Program Operations and Analytics

Edwards Lifesciences is seeking a Senior Analyst, Data Analytics, to join their THV Program Operations and Analytics team. The role involves managing data pipelines, building analytical models, and delivering trusted analytics to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience or equivalent work experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in related field and 5 years of experience or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria
• Strong SQL skills and experience building automated data pipelines, including ETL/ELT development, Dataflow Gen2, and ingestion from enterprise systems such as PPM
• Proficiency in Power BI, including semantic modeling, DAX, star schema design, and applying row‐level security (RLS)
• Ability to design, maintain, and enhance scalable data models, dashboards, and analytics solutions across disparate data sources
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate business questions into data requirements, data models, and reporting solutions
• Strong project management capabilities, including documenting data flows, business processes, and analytical requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present complex findings to stakeholders and leaders across the organization
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, partner cross‐functionally, and drive achievement of objectives
• Knowledge of data governance principles, including stewardship, data quality monitoring, standardization, and issue resolution
• Understanding of master data management concepts including domain/entity definitions, golden records (single source of truth), data matching, and data enrichment
