Job Description
Our client, a leading construction company, is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor MEPFS (Tendering) to manage and oversee cost estimation, tender preparation, and budget control for major vertical and complex projects.
Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in MEPFS works for vertical high-rise, commercial, residential, data center, or hospital projects.
- Strong knowledge of tendering processes, cost estimation, and construction methodologies.
- Proficient in cost management software, spreadsheets, and project documentation.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tender submissions under tight deadlines.
