Job Description
We are seeking an Academic Manager to oversee the academic program at one of our EF summer schools in Malta. The role involves managing and coaching a team of EFL teachers, leading trainings, and developing online inductions. The successful candidate will have a strong leadership and management style, with a passion for cultural and international exchange.
Requirements
- Face-to-face TEFL (e.g. CELTA or Cert.TESOL, minimum 100 hours)
- Minimum six months' teaching experience or one summer teaching for EF
- Enthusiastic, organised and a natural leader
- Capable of using your own initiative
- Business-minded with a strong sense of customer service and attention to detail
