Accommodation Managers are responsible for ensuring that all host families and residences meet EF's minimum quality standards and that all students who wish to participate in home stay programs receive all necessary information before departure.

Requirements

• High communication skills in Japanese and English
• Ability to respond promptly and with empathy to student inquiries
• Ability to understand and respond to cultural differences
• Ability to take the initiative and act with responsibility
• Experience in administrative work
• Ability to support students and build good relationships with host families
• High-level administrative skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills
