Job Description
EF Education First is seeking a passionate and experienced Residence Manager for Summer 2026 to oversee the student residences in Malta. The role involves managing student allocations, handling emergencies, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable living environment for international students. This is a full-time contract position with weekly shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Requirements
- Confident leader with strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Experienced in team supervision, customer service, or hospitality management
- Calm, practical, and able to handle emergencies with a level head
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in English (C1–C2 level)
