Student Enrollment Specialist – Italian/Spanish speaker

EF is seeking an outgoing, detail-oriented, and motivated individual with a passion for international understanding and cultural exchange. As a Student Enrollment Specialist, you will work directly with our offices around the world to coordinate the placement of international high school exchange students with volunteer host families in the United States.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Full business fluency in one of the following languages (multiple languages are a plus): Italian or/and Spanish
• Proficiency in English (C1-level)
• Keen sense of organization and attention to detail
• Problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Must be flexible and able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Clear and effective communication skills
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Experience traveling or living abroad is a plus
