Job Description

They are seeking a Telemarketing Manager to recruit, train, and lead a team of Telemarketing Representatives, focusing on performance and strategies for sales and lead generation. The role involves team management, strategic planning, and customer relationship building.
Requirements
- Hire, Lead, manage, and mentor a team of TMK to achieve individual and team KPIs.
- Conduct daily check-ins, weekly 1:1 meetings, and performance evaluations to ensure alignment and drive improvement.
- Review team member’s performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and implement effective lead generation processes.
