Job Description
THEON GROUP is seeking a Plant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient, safe, and compliant production operations, driving operational excellence while ensuring compliance with defense industry standards and company policies.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field
- Minimum 12 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with proven experience in a Plant Manager role
- Experience in defense, aerospace, electronics, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments
- Strong knowledge of production planning, quality systems, and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
- Proven leadership and people management skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making abilities
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
- ERP system experience required
