Job Description
We are seeking a CAD Designer 2 to join our team at EFCO, a growing and people-focused company committed to Quality, Integrity, Innovation, and Super Service. As a CAD Designer 2, you will be responsible for accurate and detailed erection drawings for EFCO forming systems with minimal supervision, collaborating with engineers and project teams to resolve design challenges, and mentoring entry-level designers while enhancing team efficiency.
Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of drafting or engineering experience
- Proficient in Computer-Aided Drafting (CAD) software
- Familiarity with database systems preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
- Basic mathematical and mechanical aptitude
