Effective School Solutions is seeking a Licensed Clinical Program Coordinator to provide clinical services to students with significant behavioral and emotional needs. The role includes supervisory responsibilities, leading consultation sessions, and delivering clinical interventions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience treating children and/or adolescents with significant behavioral and emotional challenges
• Clinical license in social work, counseling, or marriage and family therapy in the state of CT
• Effective problem solving and communication skills
• Experience working with students and families, plus community health and social service agencies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort using a computer
• Ability to complete thorough clinical documentation
