August 2026 Start - Licensed School-Based Mental Health Clinician (Float Clinician)

We are seeking a Licensed School-Based Mental Health Clinician to join our team at Effective School Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering clinical interventions to students and families, and will have opportunities for clinical growth and development.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience treating children and/or adolescents with significant behavioral and emotional challenges
• Clinical license in social work, counseling, or marriage and family therapy (LSW/LCSW, LAC/LPC, LAMFT/LMFT) in the state of Pennsylvania
• NJ School Social Work Certification (only required for social workers)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using a computer
• Ability to complete thorough clinical documentation
