Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a school or clinical setting supporting student behavioral health
- Experience working with students, families, and community-based mental health or social service agencies
- Strong interpersonal, problem solving, and communication skills
- Knowledge of basic therapeutic interventions and counseling techniques
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Cultural competency and sensitivity to diverse student populations
