Medical Technologist (PRN)

The Medical Technologist will perform testing on medical specimens, collect bodily fluids, and analyze results in accordance with laboratory guidelines. They will also assist with lab operations, maintain a safe and organized environment, and maintain accurate records. The role requires self-motivation and the ability to function autonomously within a fast-paced setting.

Requirements

• Completion of an Associate’s Degree in Medical Technology or related field with credit hours meeting AMT or ASCP registry.
• Certification as a Medical Technologist (ASCP, AMT, or equivalent) or recent graduate from an approved accredited program within the last 6 months of hire date.
• Two years of pertinent laboratory experience.
• One year of hospital-based laboratory experience preferred.
