Requirements

• Technical study
• Experience in heat pumps and photovoltaics
• Experience in TGA planning, energy consulting, or project development
• EEE (Energy-Efficiency-Expert) training
• Strong initiative and ability to develop new topics
• Clear communication of complex technical content
• Solution-oriented and pragmatic thinking
