Job Description
eFlex is seeking a Junior Compliance Lead to support its adherence to various regulatory and industry standards, including SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and GDPR. The role involves assisting in the execution of the company's overall compliance strategy and preparing for external audits.
Requirements
- Must-Have Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to differentiate between SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and GDPR
- Experience using compliance management platforms such as Vanta
- Foundational Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law, IT, Business, Cybersecurity, or a related field
- 2+ years in compliance, audit, privacy, or information security
- Knowledge of SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and GDPR frameworks
- Relevant security certifications such as Security+, CISA, CRISC, CISM, CISSP
