Requirements

• Independent and self-responsible implementation of our building projects in the high-rise sector
• Setup and supervision of construction sites for turnkey objects as well as engineering and rough construction
• Cooperation with internal and external partners for all technical and financial questions
• Responsibility for the tendering and awarding processes, as well as the guidance and coordination of all trades until project completion
• Takeover of the final accounting of the construction measure
