Egnyte is seeking a strategic Webinar Marketing Manager to act as the primary architect of our hosted and 3rd party webinar programs. This role sits at the critical intersection of Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Sales. The Webinar Marketing Manager will own the entire lifecycle of webinars, from planning to execution, and will contribute to other demand gen initiatives as needed.
Requirements
- 5+ years in B2B Demand Generation, or Digital Marketing.
- Cross-Functional Diplomat, proven experience partnering with Digital Marketing, Product Marketing, Marketing Ops, Marketing Campaigns, and Sales to hit demand gen. pipeline targets.
- Experience with Zoom Webinars, Marketo, Stensul, OutReach, Asana, Tableau and Salesforce (SFDC).
- Sales Engagement - Experience working in a tight sales-marketing partnership; enable XDR with pre and post event engagement.
- Proficiency in AI tools for copy generation and in event engagement and program scaling.
- Knowledge and experience in demand gen campaigns (i.e. cost per lead, meeting makers, sponsored webinars) a plus.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and stakeholder management skills, with proven ability to manage multiple projects at once and keep the team informed of status.
- Self-starter with a positive attitude who can prioritize workload in a strict deadline-oriented environment, with excellent time management skills.
