Job Description
Egon Zehnder is seeking an Analyst/Senior Business Analyst to join their team in Gurugram, India. The role involves working on senior leadership projects, collaborating with colleagues, and providing industry insights to clients. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of experience in industry, consulting, or research, and will be responsible for managing project teams, identifying candidates, and developing internal and external networks.
Requirements
- 2-6 years of relevant professional experience in Industry, Consulting or Research
- Experience working on international engagements in a professional services environment with an understanding of global market
- External research databases/tools such as Factiva, Capital IQ and BoardEx
- Experience engaging with the external market and stakeholders
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation skills and expertise working with MS-Office Tools (Teams, OneNote, Word, PowerPoint & Excel)
- Self-starter with learning agility, engaging remotely, thought partnering, and eye for detail
