Associate/ Expert Principle LAS India Office

The Associate/ Expert Principle LAS India Office role involves playing a dual role as a subject matter expert in leadership development and client-facing professional. The role requires designing impactful leadership workshops, leadership development programs, and culture transformation journeys for clients. The role holder will work closely with EZ consultants to deliver projects and engage with client stakeholders.

Requirements

• In-depth understanding and experience in designing competency models
• In-depth knowledge of talent & leadership development principles and frameworks
• Experience with design and delivery of leadership programs/high potential leader programs
• Experience with design and delivery of leadership workshops/topics such as understanding self, leading others, collaboration, trust etc.
• Working understanding of psychometrics/certification in some tools is preferred
• Experience with design and delivery of talent assessments/offline/online
• Understanding of executive coaching principles
